Memories of helping Nonna in the garden, picking vegetables, collecting eggs and transforming produce into preserves, sauces and pasta have inspired us to continue this way of life.

Rinaldos Casa Cucina offers a seasonal menu that reflects Adam’s pride and passion for local produce and Italian home style cooking.

Fresh house made pasta, sauces, breads, preserves and gelato is prepared daily.

Wherever possible, locally grown fruit, vegetables, olive oils, wines and meat is sourced (some of which is direct from the family farm at Tarrawingee just 14km from the restaurant kitchen!)
