'....the Italian-influenced food? Mamma mia, its good' - Jane Faulkner, The Age

Dining at Rinaldo's is the quintessential King Valley experience.  Fresh local produce artistically transformed into mouth-watering dishes complemented by fine local wines and warm country hospitality.

Owner/Chef Adam Pizzini has created a restaurant that will both surprise and gratify the senses.  The corrugated tin structure that comfortably houses the restaurant, started life as a tobacco shed.   Now transformed into a smart, spacious dining room with timber floors of locally milled stringy bark reclaimed from old tobacco kilns, it has maintained a rustic ambience.  Rinaldo's menu reflects Adam's passionate, inventive and often playful approach to food.  He describes it as 'Italian comfort food with an edge'.

Adam's strong family connection led him to name the restaurant 'Rinaldo's' after his late father who inspired him to become a chef at a young age. Rinaldo migrated to Australia from Italy in 1956 with his parents and siblings.

Rinaldo's provides 'refined country' service, a relaxed vibe and knockout views of the Black Range, towering river gums and the King Valley.
