New season asparagus wrapped in 24 month aged prosciutto and drizzled with basil pesto
Tomato and basil bruschetta drizzled with local olive oil and 12 yr aged balsamic
Grass fed Black Angus beef carpaccio, warmed olives, semi dried tomatoes, melanzane, polpo in purgatorio, salumi, house made salciccia and spinach arancini balls filled with mozzarella, tomato and rosemary focaccia
Quattro Formaggi Ravioli
House made local free range duck egg ravioli filled with 6 hour slow cooked roast pork and apple served in a four cheese sauce topped with apple and rocket salad
L’agnello al Salmoriglio – GF
Slow cooked lamb shoulder marinated and topped with salmoriglio sauce served with ciaudedda, a vegetable stew containing eggplant, grilled capsicum, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs
Roasted pumpkin served with walnut and caper salsa
Rocket and pecorino salad dressed with 6yr aged balsamic and virgin olive oil, Capsicum peperonata
Panna Cotta Alla Vaniglia – GF
Galliano and vanilla panna cotta served with macerated strawberries
Traditional style coffee soaked sponge fingers, layered chocolate and mascarpone with chocolate biscuit crumb and house-made coffee gelato
Semifreddo al Cioccolato e Nocciole
Chocolate fudge, raspberry and hazelnut semifreddo accompanied by hazelnut biscotto
