For Adam Pizzini, food and family are synonymous with one another.
Treasured early memories of helping Nonna in the garden, picking vegetables, collecting eggs and transforming produce into preserves, sauces and pasta have inspired him to continue this way of life.
As such, Adam invites you to his little piece of Italy – Rinaldo’s Casa Cucina – to share the rich Italian culture that’s been part of the North East for generations.
Having worked with his extended family of farmers, brewers, winemakers and producers (many literal extended family), Adam’s trattoria-style restaurant showcases the very best regional produce available.

Rinaldos Casa Cucina offers a seasonal menu that reflects Adam’s pride and passion for local produce and Italian home style cooking.
Fresh house made pasta, sauces, breads, preserves and gelato is prepared daily.
Wherever possible, locally grown fruit, vegetables, olive oils, wines and meat is sourced (some of which is direct from the family farm at Tarrawingee just 14km from the restaurant kitchen!)
